Detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange are as followings. The policy begins from the date of purchase. Please kindly read and see whether either of these pertain to you, and if the items are covered by our 365 Return Policy.


The reasons below are covered by our 365 day  FULL COVERAGE  Return/Exchange Policy.

(Tinysand is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees)


1. If the item is being returned due to a manufacturer's defect or because we shipped the wrong item. Or you received any broken items, spoor/defective quality ones.

2. You received the incorrect photo charm, such as the picture is different from the photo provided to Tinysand.

3. Paint is chipping, Crystals fall off, etc. (We will only exchange the item for the same product, or equal or lesser value.)


Please kindly note that we accept returns on items in new condition with the original packaging and materials. 


The reasons below are covered by our 365 day  LIMITED COVERAGE  Return/Exchange Policy.

(Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees)


1. You chose the wrong size jewelry.

2. Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.


The reasons below are  NOT  covered by our 365 day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.


1. Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

2. Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your Tinysand product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.

3. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.

4. We do not accept any returns for any personalized photo charm(s), unless the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to Tinysand, as stated in our 365 day FULL COVERAGE


Return Procedure:


Please follow the instructions below that are provided by our customer service team.


1. Items that are being returned should looks new. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.

2. Prior to returning the product, please submit a support ticket, or contact one of our customer service representatives at [email protected] to request return authorization, and the return instructions. Returns lacking a corresponding RMA may be delayed or returned to the customer.

3. All products returned to TinySand must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach TinySand without damage and please note that the parcel is for "return products".

4. We advise all customers to return their items via a carrier (like DHL、UPS or FedEx) that provides a tracking number. Return shipments which are lost in transit are not the responsibility of TinySand.

5. Refund Method:
We will refund back to your original account of payment according to real time exchange rate within 2 business days after we receive your returns.
